Can I use my prescription card at your pharmacy?
Yes, we support most major insurance companies.
Can I prepay my prescription online?
We only accept payment at time of pickup. We do not currently accept online payments.
How can I transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy?
Call us with your prescription information from the other pharmacy and we will call and transfer the prescription for you.
What if I forgot to pick up my prescription at the indicated time?
We will hold your prescription for 14 days. After those 14 days, we will be happy to refill the prescription for you upon request.
Can I pick up my mother's prescription? What information do I need?
You must show the proper identification and you must be an authorized caregiver for the patient whose prescription you are picking up.
Can you help me with Medicare Part D questions?
We can answer most Part D questions, and if we can not we will make the necessary phone calls to answer your question.
If I have no refills remaining, can I still request a refill online?
Yes, we will contact your physician for you to request a refill. You will be required to enter your phone number so we may contact you at a later time.
How can I get my prescriptions after hours?
For after hour emergencies, you can call 318-627-9902.
If I order my prescription now, when will it be ready for pickup?
When requesting a refill online, we will normally have your refill done within 1-2 hours.
